Branthill Farmhouse is a friendly family home offering character and comfort in a peaceful rural setting, two miles from the fishing town of Wells next the Sea. We offer a cosy double room with tea and coffee making facilities, a television and a lovely view down the garden.

Adjoining the bedroom is a large bathroom, uniquely decorated, where you can relax in the bath or shower surrounded by scenes from distant shores.

The farmhouse is Georgian and lies on the Holkham Estate (Holkham Hall is north west of us). It is not only a family home but also a working arable farm with 1000 acres of barley, oats, wheat and sugar beet. The farmyard has some typical Holkham buildings, a meadow with horses and a pond, which is home to many ducks and geese.

We have an all-weather tennis court and an outdoor heated swimming pool, both of which are available for use by arrangement.

The farm is only 2 miles from the North Norfolk Heritage Coast with its sandy eaches, salt marshes and pine tree belts.
It is a wonderful retreat in both summer and winter.

Tariffs for 2008 are:

Winter and low season - double room including full English breakfast
£60 per night
* Special low season 3 day breaks £170

All other times - double room including full English breakfast
£65 per night
